5 Ingredient Sick Day Soup


This easy to make 5 ingredient sick day soup is so quick to mix up on days when you feel under the weather and want something easy to eat. Vegan, oil free, and gluten free!

Chop up all the veggies into bite sized pieces.

Add all the ingredients to the pot, except the orzo, and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and let cook for about 30 minutes..

Add the orzo and let cook an additional 10 minutes. Then, the soup is done!
