Baked  Jelly Donuts

Amazing baked vegan jelly donuts (paczki) are so much easier to make in the oven. Pillowly soft, filled with jam, and delicious!

Make the donut dough in a stand mixer or by hand and let it rise for an hour until double in size.

Divide the dough into 12 donuts. Using a rolling pin, gently roll them into an oval shape and let rise for another 20 minutes.

Bake for 17 minutes in the oven and then roll in sugar right away. Roll again in sugar after they cool and fill with jelly. Enjoy!
