Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies


These are the perfect Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies! Soft and chewy in the middle with crispy edges, sprinkled with a little bit of flaky sea salt on top, and a few extra chocolate chips for the best tasting cookies that are dairy free, egg free, nut free, and so dang delicious!

Start by whisking the dry ingredients together. Make the flax egg in a small bowl. In a large bowl whisk together the vegan butter and sugars.

Add the wet and dry ingredients together before adding chocolate chips. When combined, the dough should be tacky but not sticky.

Portion them onto a baking sheet with a cookie scoop before sprinkling a bit of sea salt on top of the extra touch! No need to chill, bake these right away!
