Pumpkin Pie


This incredibly simple and easy vegan pumpkin pie is going to be the star of your table! With a no fail vegan pie crust, and a perfectly set pumpkin pie filling that you whisk up in one bowl.

Start by whisking together the cornstarch and warmed plant based milk of choice. This prevents the pie from having clumps.

Add all the ingredients into one bowl and whisk together.

Pour into a pie crust (homemade or store bought) and bake for about 45 minutes. Let it rest and you're done!
