This is the ultimate vegan vanilla cake. It’s fluffy, moist, tender, totally packed with vanilla flavor, and made with super simple ingredients from your pantry.

Start by mixing your wet ingredients together before sifting the dry ingredients right into the same bowl. Use a spatula to bring it all together.

Divide batter into 2 cake pans and bake for about 30 minutes, depending on the size of your pans.

For perfectly smooth frosting, make sure to do a crumb coat. That way no crumbs find their way to the frosting on top of the cake! Decorate and serve.
