Stuffed Cabbage Soup


This easy to make in one pot vegan stuffed cabbage roll soup is made with lentils and orzo to make a hearty meal, perfect for a cold day or chilly nights.

Chop up all the veggies into bite sized pieces.

Add all the ingredients to the pot, except the orzo, and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and let cook for about 45 minutes.

Add the orzo and let cook an additional 10 minutes. Then, the soup is done!
