Lentil & Pasta Goulash


This vegan American style Goulash is made with lentils in one pot for the perfect quick, hearty, and belly-filling meal!

In a large pot, saute the onions and garlic on the stove over medium heat.

Add all the remaining ingredients except for the pasta. Let it cook for about 40 minutes.

Finally, add the noodles and cook about 15 minutes more. Give it a stir and it's done. Enjoy!
