Protein  Chocolate Muffins


Ultra rich, super chocolatey, and packed full of protein! These Double Chocolate Vegan Protein Muffins are made in one bowl with simple ingredients. Gluten free friendly!

Mix the batter together in one bowl with a spatula, first whisking the wet ingredients and then adding the dry ingredients. Add the chocolate chips last.

Divide into 12 muffins and bake for about 24 minutes or until a toothpick pulls out clean. Let them cool for a few minutes and then enjoy!
