Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • Measuring spoons
  • Whisk
  • Storage jar

Method
 

  1. Mix and use. Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl. Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

Notes

How to Store
Stored in an airtight container, the dried herb run will keep in a cool, dark location for up to three months.
NOTE:
This recipe has been updated December 2024 to reflect the removal of salt. After making and using this recipe hundreds of times, I found myself not reaching for the salt at all. If you still like, you can add a teaspoon of salt, but I find it unnecessary and the flavors of the herbs shine more brightly without it.
