Ingredients
  

  • cup lemon juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons sugar or maple syrup to taste
  • Pinch of salt and garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Make the dressing. Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together. Give a taste and adjust for seasoning as you prefer. Make this extra tangy with extra mustard or a little sweeter with a pinch more sugar. Customize to how you like it best, pour over your salads, and enjoy!
